PocketSim ("the App") is operated by Yancy Collective LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Email address — used for account creation and authentication.
• Financial simulation data — income, expenses, accounts, and other figures you enter into scenarios. This data is user-generated and used solely to power your simulations.
• Subscription status — your current plan tier and billing period, managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system via RevenueCat.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account and app functionality.
• To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or analytics. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Amazon Web Services (AWS Cognito) — authentication and identity management.
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management.
• Neon — cloud database hosting.

These services process data solely to operate the App and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using encrypted cloud infrastructure. Authentication tokens are stored on-device using secure keychain storage. All network communication uses TLS encryption.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including scenarios and account information. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID settings before deleting your account.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
